vIEW COMPLETE CALENDAR
Oferta de cursos

As this is a personalized program, the course offering comprises a broad range of issues and interests, from molecular biology and environmental studies –participating in laboratory activities or field research trips- to an intensive discussion of Argentine historical, economical, political, cultural, artistic and social issues.

We intend to offer a menu of possibilities equally broad as the one offered by the Swarthmore curriculum through all its departments and programs. In each discipline, the way of facilitating this learning experience will probably be different, from directed reading and discussion under tutor supervision, to getting involved in a theater group, to participating in community work, to doing an internship at a museum or cultural institution.

:: PROFESSORS

All the teachers selected for the program are University professors, Faculty Members with wide experience in research and teaching. Most of them are also Spanish/English speakers, so, even though the program promotes the exchange in Spanish, language should be a flexible matter in order to permit the richest intellectual experience.

:: LIBRARY

When arriving in Buenos Aires, the student will receive a booklet containing useful Argentine publication suggestions that meet the student´s interests.
The supervision of all academic issues will be constant, and the student will also receive orientation and support for the research work at local Libraries and Archives. We have a library with the bibliography of our courses, which the students can consult at any time.
