Nowadays, Recoleta is considered to be not only a place of great historical importance, but also the most glamorous neighborhood of Buenos Aires. In just a few blocks, one can find museums, cultural centers, an important square, craft markets, and top quality bars and restaurants.
Recoleta cemetery is a key part of Buenos Aires´ architectural heritage. It has 4700 vaults organized in blocks and wide avenues, taking up no less than five hectares. With different architectural styles, you can visit the history of Argentina through the high public figures that are buried there.
